What we do

Show Makers Inc. provides project management, production management and risk mitigation to live events at any scale, from theaters to stadiums, greenfield sites to first-of-a-kind event spaces.

We don't carry a standing bench of staff. We build the team according to the necessities of the project, calling on four decades of working relationships across the industry and across the globe.

The standard

Every engagement is led by a PMP-certified project manager.

Live events run on judgement formed under pressure. Rarer is that judgement backed by formal project systems and management built into the scope, schedule, cost and risk. Detailed, planned for, and rehearsed in advance, not in the moment.

That is why safety here is structural, and not a compliance exercise bolted on at the end. It is also why a show nobody has built before can still be planned like one we have.
